Treadlift Review

Is this just another fitness trend or will it actually give you the results you're looking for? I gave Treadlift a test run and am here to share my experience with the program and give you all the info you need to know before deciding if this is the right fitness program for you!

What is Treadlift?

Treadlift is a online fitness program created by Jill Coleman. It's a online based program that gives you access to a full 36 workouts that are 30 minutes or less. Minimal equipment is required and you should be a intermediate to advanced fitness level. I would not recommend this program for new beginners that are completely out of shape.

The only equipment that is required is a treadmill and a set of dumbells. This program combines cardio with resistance training and promises to help users burn more calories, get rid of fat, boost your metabolism, and improve your endurance.

The online fitness program gives to access to PDF's, Video tutorials, and visuals for the workouts. You will also get information that you can use to adjust the level of the workout to match your fitness level.

Once you gain access you will be provided with a user name login that you can use to access all the information and this is valid forever.

Who is Jill Coleman?

Now that you know a little about the program, lets take a look at who is behind this new fitness program. Jill Coleman is the creator of Treadlift and a certified personal trainer with a master’s in clinical nutrition and a bachelor's in Exercise Science! She is also the founder of JillFit Physiques. With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry I feel that she is well qualified to design a effective workout program.

Her philosophy is that she strongly believes that shorter and more intense workouts are more effective and better for people than long workouts. You may have heard of the effectiveness and benefits of HIIT workouts. This is what she had in mind when she created these 30 minute workouts for Treadlift. If you are interested in learning more about Jill you can read about her on her official website

Treadlift Reviews and Testimonials

My Experience: I was really exciting to try Treadlift because it combined two of my favorite type of workouts: cardio and strength training. I'm the type of person that has a short attention span when it comes to working out. I've always quickly gotten bored with a workout if it gets too long or repetitive. This is why I really like Treadlift, it makes working out fun and it's over really quickly. I feel that during those 30 minutes I really work hard and push myself to the limit. It's an intense workout and you'll work up a sweat! If you follow the program you will boost your metabolism and burn fat. By the end I did notice that my muscles where more toned and firm. Also, my cardio endurance really improved!

That's what I thought of the program, here are a few reviews and testimonials from other people that have used Jill's Treadlift program:

"I had never heard the concept of short burst, rest-based training until I started working with Jill 8 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. This style of exercise gave me the freedom to get an intense and effective workout while still respecting my individual body and its parameters. Jill helped me build muscle, tone my body, and as a result empowered me as a woman." - Alex, age 22

"I totally loved training with Jill! I could not believe the positive, awesome and life altering changes that I was able to make with my body and mindset with her short duration workouts." - Lisa, age 48

Bottomline...

If you are looking for a new way to workout and maximize the effectiveness of your fitness routine than I would recommend trying Treadlift. The workouts will help you burn more fat and boost your metabolism. It's flexible so you can customize the program to your fitness level and use it even if you don't want to use a treadmill. It doesn't hurt to give the program a chance since it's prices so low and they offer a 60 day money back guarantee! Try it today!
