The bikini body guide is a set of e-books instructing the reader to follow a set of workouts and meal plan in order to achieve the “bikini body”. All guides are digital and available instantly upon purchase. The prices start at $52.43 AUD and build up as you add the nutritional plan etc.
The simple Bikini Body Guide 1.0 Ebook is 189 pages and lays out the workout plan that covers a 12 week period. Each set of workouts is 30 minutes in length and the program instructs you to workout three days a week. They also recommend you do HIIT/Cardio on days you aren’t following the exercises.
It’s set up so that beginners can easily start the Bikini Body Guide and as they go through the guide, workouts will intensify and build upon each other. The Kayla’s Bikini Body Guide is very visual and includes a glossary of all the workouts outlined so that you can make sure you have the correct form.
In addition to the Bikini Body Guide, Kalya has a Bikini Body H.E.L.P Guide which covers eating habits and includes a 14-day sample meal plan. You can buy the H.E.L.P Guide and Bikini Body Guide in a bundle to save some money.

Recently, Kayla entered the mobile app marketplace when she released “Sweat with Kayla”, a fitness app.

With the positive feedback from thousands of girls that saw results from her Bikini Body Guide program, Kayla released a health and fitness mobile application that would bring her guide to the palm of your hand. However, this is a subscription based application and three months of the Sweat with Kayla app will cost you about $54. If you choose to be billed on a monthly basis it will be $19.99 per month. While this might be cheaper than some gym memberships, some fans complain about the steep cost.
Kalya has a Bikini Body Guide 1.0 for the first twelve weeks of the program and Bikini Body 2.0 workout Guide for the next twelve weeks. The application tracks your progress through the Bikini Body Guide 1.0, 2.0 and features an expanded Bikini Body Guide 3.0 with all new workouts to take you past the original 24 weeks. The H.E.L.P nutrition guide is also included in the app (both the regular and vegetarian versions). Additional features include daily meal plans and shopping list feature.
The content of the app is very similar to that of her e-books and you will not find follow along videos of items of that nature. If you are completely new to the BBG program the app is a great tool to help you create a healthier lifestyle and get in shape. If you already did the Bikini Body Guide 1.0 and 2.0, getting the app will not really be worth it in terms of the price you pay for the content you get.

One item on the Kayla radar is the release of her new Bikini Body 28 Day Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Guide. While there isn’t much information out yet we do know some of the basics. This 28 Day Healthy Eating guide is said to contain over 200 recipes, weekly meal plans, and a workout poster.
This guide is made to help girls live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
