In addition to these Teami blends there are two "package" products that combine the benefits of different Teami blends.
- 30:7 Best Detox Plan: This is a 30 day detox where you drink the Teami Skinny blend every morning and the Teami Colon blend every other night for those 30 days. After the 30 days you rebalance your body with the Teami Profit blend for 7 days. You repeat this cycle three times for a total of 120 days.
- Detox 30 Days Pack: This is a simple 30 day cleanse and includes a 30 day supply of Teami Skinny blend tea (drink daily) and 15 Teami Colon blend (every other day).
How to Drink and Use Teami Blends
Teami tea mostly comes in a lose tea form so you will need a tea infuser to brew a cup. You can buy tea infusers online, at your local store, or you can get Teami infuser from their website.
It has smaller holes than most infusers so that more of the tea stays inside and you won't get those loose tea leafs floating in your cup
If you are doing the Teami 30:7 Detox you will drink the Teami Skinny blend every morning and the Teami Colon blend every other night for those 30 days. After the 30 days you rebalance your body with the Teami Profit blend for 7 days. You repeat this cycle three times for a total of 120 days. The 30 Day Detox in similar but without Teami Profit.
If you just purchase the single Teami products than drinking is not structured and you can drink the tea you bought daily or every other day depending on your preference. To brew a cup of Teami Tea:
- Boil water
- Fill infuser with the tea blend
- Place infuser into cup
- Pour water into cup
- Let set for 4 minutes and enjoy!
If you want to take your tea on the go you can use the Teami tumblers. They have double layer walls that will keep hot tea hot and cold tea cold.
You don't need a infuser if you are using the tumbler because it has a built in mesh. Directions for using the Teami Tumbler:
- Open the top of the tea tumbler and remove the mesh insert.
- Measure the desired amount of Teami Blends loose leaves tea into the Teami Tumbler (we suggest 1 teaspoon of leaves per cup of tea). Add honey, nectar or lemon as a natural sweeter if needed.
- Pour hot water into the tumbler until it reaches approximately 3 cm below the rim. Apply the mesh insert and screw the lid onto the tumbler. Allow the tea to steep for the desired length of time.
- Add lemon, mint or cinnamon sticks for an added metabolism boost (if you want!) and ENJOY!
Not all Teami tea comes in loose tea form, some do come in prepackaged tea bags so you can simply just soak those in hot water to brew a cup.

Most tea detox programs don't give you much guidance as to what to eat while on a detox. Teami is not like most detox programs. They provide you with recipes and the types of foods you should be eating as well as the types of foods that you need to stay away from. I'm really impressed with the amount of nutritional information and guidelines they provide. You have access too breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas. Getting on the right track for weight loss is super easy with Teami. Other than drinking the Teami tea, they give you a list of detox tips they provide to make sure your weight loss efforts are successful.
My Experience with Teami 30 Day Detox
I was really excited to get my 30 day package of the Teami detox. I also ordered the Teami infuser since the Teami Skinny blend that's included in the detox is in loose tea form. My mornings started off with a brewed cup of Teami Skinny blend tea. I preferred to drink it on a empty stomach but if you don't like that you can drink it any time in the morning. The taste was good but I preferred to squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. It really just tasted like Green tea and peppermint (I love the peppermint smell).
Every other evening I would brew a cup of Teami Colon Cleanse which is already packaged in a teabag which is convenient. The best way I can describe the taste is that is tasted like herbal tea, I like to add a little bit of honey for taste. My first time taking it caused my stomach to feel a little weird but after a couple of days it settled down. If defiantly made my stomach flatter and less bloated! Over the course of the detox I managed to slim down 4 pounds and feel lighter and healthier. If you are looking to lose weight I would recommend trying the detox. If I wanted to lose more weight I could have extended my detox to the 120 day detox and should stick to the Meal Guildlines better.
