Juicing Solutions for Common Health Problems

Juicing is healthy and it's a great way to get the vital vitamins and minerals your body needs. By juicing you are making all these vitamins and minerals easily absorbable by your body. Juicing for the Common Cold

Recipe 1: 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit, 2 limes,  3 carrots

Recipe 2: ​5 Spinach leaves, 3 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 1 lemon

Juicing for Headaches 

There are many different things that can cause headaches and some people are more prone to them than others. These herbs include: ​Cayenne, Evening Primrose Oil, German Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Thyme, Valerian.
