How to Handle Cravings
Intermittent fasting seems like a great idea...until those cravings hit you! Cravings and hunger are a normal part of intermittent fasting and there are ways you can control these problems.
The first thing that you can do when craving hit is go for a walk or find some activity that will help shift your focus away from food. Going for a walk will not only distract you but it will physically take you away from food so that you don't have that temptation. Read a book or call up a freind. If certain activities trigger you then avoid them. For example if watching TV makes you crave salty snacks then avoid watching TV.
The second thing you can do to prevent cravings is to make sure you stay hydrated. Sip on water throughout your day and if you get bored of drinking water sip on some herbal tea. This will put something in your stomach. A great option is drinking a tea detox blend since some are specifically formulated to stop cravings and even suppress appetite! Fit Life Tea is a example of a great detox that does both!

The important thing to remember is that you need to listen to your body. If you are not feeling well than it's ok to cut your fasting short. Before making any changes to your diet you should always consult a health care professional, especially if you have pre existing conditions.
